Please register by the deadline so we have time to send you the Confirmation Flyer and add you to the gate list. If you plan to pay at the gate, you MUST email us your registration info (full name, address, phone, email, medical problems, kids attending, etc.) ahead of time, so we can place you on the gate list.

Refund Deadlines: October 9, 2026 (full); October 20, 2026 (half)
To request a refund for Wyldwood, please call or email (they won't be issued automatically). Refunds will be given in full until October 9, at a 50% rate until the Tuesday night before the festival; no refunds if we're notified after that time or if you just don't show up. If you decide to send someone else in your place, please let us know beforehand, so we can add them to the gate list and remove your name.

PAYMENT POLICIES

2) PLAN AHEAD AND PAY AHEAD!
Plan ahead and pay ahead. The cost for the whole weekend, if you pay during Tier 1, is $35. That's for 4 days of camping, workshops, rituals, etc. That's $8.75 a day. That's damn cheap! True, if you wait till later, you'll pay more. (The price is cheaper in the beginning to encourage more folks to pay early, so I'll actually have some $$ to pay for printing, portapotties, and other up-front expenses, which usually total about $1000. The price gets steeper to discourage people from waiting till the last minute!) And if you find you can't make it, you can get a refund (see Refund Policy below).

Pre-Payment: To receive the current (cheap) price, all registrations must be accompanied by payment. Pre-payment is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED (it helps me to pay for expenses, printing, portapotties, toilet paper, etc.).

Gate Payments: Please pre-register! You may still pay at the gate. All payments at the gate MUST BE CASH, PAYPAL, OR VENMO, and will be the full weekend (or day) price, regardless of when you register! NO CHECKS AT THE GATE!

Refund Policy: If you can't make it to Wyldwood, you may call or email to request a refund (they won't be issued automatically). Please see "Deadlines" above for more refund information. No refunds will be given (nor can you switch your admission to a later festival) if we're notified after the deadlines or if you just don't show up. If you decide to send someone else in your place, please let us know beforehand, so we can transfer your registration to them; otherwise they will be charged full price.
